Preparation
The first step is to make contact and talk through your needs. If you live reasonably close to NE Hampshire we can meet at a place of your choosing, or discuss it over the phone.

Photography
I would like you to provide me with good quality 'jpeg' photographic files of your work, which are cropped to just the image & of the correct colour and density. You will then know they are the correct and a good representation of your work.  I will take responsibility in resizing the files for thumbnails and larger pictures as well as applying the right amount of sharpening for the relevant new image size to fit on your web page.If you have images that are not cropped I can resolve this with your help.

I do not provide a photographic service, but can give advice on how to go about it. If you live near NE Hampshire / West Surrey, Edwin Baker on 01252 792960 or 07866 231148 is a skilled photographer with a career in various national Museums and is available to produce high quality images, and will visit your studio / home with portable studio lighting.

Drafts, the finished product and payment
After talking through with you about your requirements and you producing text and pictures I will produce a draft site. I expect and have have no problem with carrying out reasonable amendments as well as going through several drafts until you are completely satisfied with the result.

If you are not entirely happy with the site after the inevitable amendments and picture colour/density adjustments, you will not be charged for any work up to that point and the web files will be erased....but my aim is to have happy and satisfied customers

I  would hope to complete the finished product within two to three weeks of  you providing me with the information I require. On completion of the web site  I will ask you to confirm you are happy with the final draft site and I will then send you an invoice. Payment is by cheque made payable to Andrew Lievesley or cash payable within 7 days of site publication.

Web Site - Customer Preparation

The key point is that I understand your requirements and you are comfortable that you will not be charged unless you are totally satisfied with your web site.... but to achieve this I will require your input.
